FAQs
A VA handles the tasks that take up your time but don't need to be done by you. That might be managing your inbox, organising your diary, preparing documents, or keeping your admin ticking over. The specifics depend on what your business needs.
More than most people think. Common examples include email management, calendar organisation, document drafting, research, basic social media support and business planning. If you're not sure whether something qualifies, just ask. The discovery call is a good place to work that out together.
I adapt to how you work, not the other way around. I take time to understand your working style, your priorities and how you think. That means the support I provide actually fits your business rather than a generic template.
Yes. A number of my clients have ADHD or other neurodivergent thinking styles. I use clear, simple communication, keep things structured and move at a pace that works for you. If you're not sure whether this applies to you, that's fine too. The same approach benefits anyone who values clear, organised, low-friction support.
Body doubling is working alongside someone to help you focus and get things done. We'd be on a video call together while you work through tasks you've been putting off. It's low pressure and surprisingly effective, particularly if you find it hard to work alone or get started on difficult tasks.
f admin is eating into time you should be spending on paid work, or if you're regularly dropping tasks because there aren't enough hours, that's usually a clear sign. You don't need to have everything sorted before you get in touch; that's partly what the discovery call is for.
My hourly rate is £30. If you need regular support, my retainer packages offer better value and start at £175 per month for five hours of support, rising to £600 per month for 20 hours. All packages are monthly with no rollover of unused hours. You can see the full breakdown on the Packages and Pricing page at inclusiveva.co.uk/packages-pricing.
Ad-hoc means you pay for hours as and when you need them. It's flexible but less predictable for both of us. A retainer means you commit to a set number of hours each month, paid in advance. Your time is reserved, the work gets done consistently, and you always know what you're paying. For most clients, a retainer works out better value and produces better results because we build a rhythm together.
Outsourced admin support means handing your administrative tasks to an experienced virtual assistant rather than doing them yourself or hiring in-house. At Your Inclusive VA, I support small business owners across the UK with inbox and calendar management, document creation, proofreading, systems and process organisation, and general day-to-day admin. Everything is handled remotely, so there are no employment costs, no office space needed, and no long-term commitment required to get started.
If you're a small business owner spending too much time on admin, a virtual assistant can take that work off your plate without the cost of an employee. Your Inclusive VA offers flexible admin support on an ad-hoc or retainer basis. Services include email and diary management, document preparation, proofreading, and business organisation. I work alongside you, adapting to how you think and work, so support fits your business rather than the other way around.
Hiring a VA is straightforward. Most VAs, including Your Inclusive VA, offer an initial conversation to understand what you need and how you work. From there, you agree on the scope of support, set up a simple contract, and get started. You can begin on an hourly basis to test the working relationship, then move to a retainer once you're happy. Your Inclusive VA is based in Banbury and works with small business owners across the UK remotely. To get started, visit inclusiveva.co.uk or get in touch at jo@inclusiveva.co.uk.
I work remotely, so location isn't a barrier. My clients are based across the UK. Everything is handled online, so wherever you are, the support is the same.
There's no long-term contract. Retainer packages run monthly, so you're not locked in for a year. If you want to start with ad-hoc hours to see how we work together before committing to a retainer, that's absolutely fine.
We'll have a free discovery call to talk through what's on your plate and what support would help most. If it feels like a good fit, we agree a package and get started. There's no hard sell and no obligation.
